An Introduction to Autism Spectrum Conditions

Outline

This is a 1-day course aimed at raising people’s awareness and understanding of autism and identifying ways of working with people who have an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Description

By the end of the training, participants will:-
  • Have been given information about the Autism Spectrum
  • Have discussed the Triad of Impairment and how this impacts upon the lives of people with ASC
  • Have had the opportunity to consider how other issues such as stress and anxiety and sensory differences can impact upon the lives of people with ASCs
  • Have discussed some practical strategies for working with people with ASC
Full day course, £50 per delegate

Booking Information

Book via Train Trafford website. Please register your organisation then book places for each delegate. An invoice will be sent after the course has taken place.
Any delegates who book but fail to attend the course, or do not provide 7 days' notice when cancelling a place, will still be charged.
